How Can My Candidate Request a Copy of Their Background Report or Testing Results?

Your candidate may request a copy of any background reports we have prepared about them and any other information we maintain in our files about them by using the webform or contact information below at any time.

For HireRight, LLC Reports

If your candidate wants a copy of their HireRight background report or file, please direct them to the webform here.

Drivers with a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) may also use this form to request a copy of their DAC Employment History report/file. If your driver doesn’t have a CDL, they will not have a DAC Employment History report/file. In addition to their DAC Employment History report/file, HireRight will also provide your driver with a list of all HireRight customers who may have received their report(s) during the last 2 years.

Please note, if your candidate submitted their information to HireRight via Applicant Center, they may be able to access their recently run report by following the link in their original candidate invitation. If your candidate is having trouble logging into Applicant Center, please click here.

If your candidate is unable to access or complete the form, prefers to submit their request by telephone, fax, or regular mail, or requires additional assistance, please have them contact HireRight using the contact information available here.

For HireRight Canada Corporation Reports (Canada)

Your candidate may request from HireRight at any time a copy of their background report(s) and any related testing services results (if any) previously prepared by HireRight and maintained on them by HireRight by contacting HireRight’s Customer Service at 866-521-6995 or customerservice@hireright.com.
