What are Source Fees and/or Surcharges?

Occasionally a verifying source will request a surcharge/fee in order to provide the verification or release information. All fees are automatically approved unless your company has a guideline that requires the fee be approved prior to proceeding. If you wish to provide approval, you will need to provide that in writing to Customer Service. Please note that we are unable to accept fee approvals via phone.
