What is the General Data Protection Regulation?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation intended to strengthen and unify personal data protection for all individuals within the European Union (EU) and to establish one single set of rules for dealing with personal data across all of the EU Member States. It also addresses export of personal data outside the EU.
