UPDATE as of 10/8/2026: WA Courts are experiencing system issues and requests are not being processed. Please expect delays.

HireRight will continue working with the source and will provide updates as we receive them. --------------------------------------------- UPDATE as of 10/7/2026: Requests are now being processed. Please note that the search does not include information from the municipal court in Edmonds, within Snohomish County, Washington. Following a recent system migration, these courts are still in the process of updating and transferring case information, as a result of which records from these courts are not included in HireRight's search of Snohomish County at this time. The types of records expected to be found in the Washington municipal courts are typically traffic cases.
