As is the case when requesting a copy of their background report, if they are a candidate from Europe, The Middle East, or Africa (EMEA), or the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, they must exercise their rights, and make requests relating to the same, directly to their current or potential employer. Under current legislation, HireRight is not able to assist them directly. Contact details are included in the Information Notice and Consent Form that the candidate completed during the screening process.
